To provide customers with additional time to receive their statements and submit payments, JW Water is changing the monthly bill due date to the 25th of each month, effective with the July billing cycle.

Your July statement will have a due date of August 25, 2026. Moving forward, all monthly bills will be due on the 25th of each month.

We encourage customers to enroll in AutoPay through our online customer portal or through your financial institution to ensure payments are made on time.
