After our eNotification messages were sent advising customers that their bills were available online, we identified a statement formatting issue with some company statements that do not meet the quality standards we expect. As a result, we made the decision to delay the printing and mailing of customer bills that were impacted while we actively work to get this matter resolved as quickly as possible.
We understand this may cause confusion or inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize. To ensure our customers are not negatively impacted by this delay, no late fees will be assessed, and no adverse actions will be taken on customer accounts as a result of the delayed mailing.
