No late fees are being charged or disconnections enforced as we work through this matter. If a previous payment is not yet reflected on your January statement, no need for concern. Please pay only the January charges due.

When submitting payments, please use the utility company name exactly as shown on your statement. Payments made payable to "JW Water Holdings" will be rejected by the bank as incorrect payee.
